By accessing or using SlideDrift ("the Service"), operated by SlideDrift ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SlideDrift is an AI-powered tool that transforms URLs, articles, and text content into LinkedIn carousel slides. The Service includes content generation, template selection, image handling, and export functionality.
You may use limited features as a guest. To access full functionality, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when generating carousels, exporting files, and using AI features. Credit costs are displayed before each action. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (text, URLs, images). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating carousels. We do not claim ownership of your input content or generated outputs.
Carousels generated by the Service use AI models. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You may use generated carousels for personal and commercial purposes.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content; (b) scrape or automate access to the Service beyond normal use; (c) attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit restrictions; (d) upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
The Service, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is owned by SlideDrift and protected by intellectual property laws. Templates provided by the Service are licensed for use within generated carousels only.
Carousels exported on the free plan include a SlideDrift watermark. Removing the watermark requires a paid subscription. Manually removing or altering the watermark on free-tier exports is a violation of these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your stored data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
